Candidates may submit a refund request within 12 hours of payment with proper explanation. After verification, eligible refunds will be credited to their account within 24 hours.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain confidentiality of your credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and materials available on our platform are the property of Assurex e Consultant or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal or internal business purposes only. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
