Refund Policy

Refund Terms for Limited Offer Product(s)

1. If you choose to cancel or return the product(s):
   • Within 7 days after the Activation Date/Orientation Date — you are eligible for a full refund (except for device and study material fees).
   • After 7 days — no refunds shall be provided.
   • The refund will be credited to the candidate’s account within 28 days of the refund request approval.
2. No refunds will be provided if:
   • Cancellation/return request is made after 7 days from the Activation Date/Orientation Date.
   • Your subscription is canceled due to breach of Terms of Use or other violations.
3. Force Majeure: If we must discontinue a Limited Offer Product due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., government restrictions or acts of God), we are not obligated to refund fees for services already provided.
4. Any other refund policy listed elsewhere does not apply to Limited Offer Product(s). Refunds for other products/services will be governed by their respective refund policies.
5. Mode of Refund: All eligible refunds will be processed through online transfer in INR only to the original payment source, within 28 days of approval. Refund amounts will not exceed the original purchase value.
6. If your original payment method is inactive, you must provide a valid bank account belonging to you. Incorrect details are your responsibility. A signed declaration may be required.
7. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of approval, please write to us at assurexacademy@gmail.com.
8. Upon cancellation, remaining services will be considered unperformed. Requests made after the refund period may receive a commercial credit note at our discretion.
9. We reserve the right to modify or replace this policy at any time without prior notice.
10. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these refund terms.
11. You agree not to dispute or raise any claims beyond what is stated in this document.

*Device fees: ₹1500 for certification & internship programs; ₹2000 for job guaranteed programs.

Annexure – Definitions

• Delivery Date: Date on which the device of the Limited Offer Product(s) is delivered.
• Activation Date: Date when online access is enabled (applicable to offerings without device).
• Free Look Period: Time period within which the paid amount is refundable (device fees are non-refundable).
• Orientation Date: Date on which the orientation for the Limited Offer Product(s) is held at the BTC center.
